🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or certificate in administration, business, or information technology is a plus. • Proven typing speed of 55+ words per minute with high accuracy (demonstrated via online typing test). • Comfortable working with cloud-based applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365). • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document issues and collaborate virtually. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
