Fractional HR Manager
Description
• This is a 100% remote position that will require 0-10% travel and the salary range is $30-40/hour. • This is a part-time hourly position (hours will vary per week, estimated 0-10 hours to start), and will have the opportunity to go full-time in the near future (can also stay part-time). • Does working with multiple clients, different industries, never having the same day twice in a row sound exciting to you? • Does having the opportunity to learn every aspect of the employee life-cycle make you giddy inside? • We’re looking for our next HR Manager to join the team! • Our HR Managers work with our clients (small businesses) to provide custom HR solutions. • You could be creating, enhancing, or executing on any of the HR functional areas.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills, required. • 3+ years of relevant HR experience in a generalist/manager role at a small-mid-sized company (<500 ee’s). • Proven track record of building and improving operational processes and procedures. • Solid understanding of HR systems and ability to learn new systems. • Thorough knowledge of employment law, compensation best practices, organizational planning and development, and employee relations. • Experience with multi-state employment laws, including California employment laws, a plus. • Extreme Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is so important in what we do every day.
