🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to payments, account access, or documentation
  • Process billing adjustments, refunds, and routine financial transactions securely
  • Monitor incoming support tickets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Review account data to identify discrepancies or risks and report them to supervisors
  • Support the documentation of financial processes, FAQs, and internal procedures
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards and confidentiality requirements

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, banking, billing, or financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with financial or CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must reside in the U.S. and pass background and ID verification
