🔑 Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to payments, account access, or documentation
- Process billing adjustments, refunds, and routine financial transactions securely
- Monitor incoming support tickets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Review account data to identify discrepancies or risks and report them to supervisors
- Support the documentation of financial processes, FAQs, and internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards and confidentiality requirements
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, banking, billing, or financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with financial or CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside in the U.S. and pass background and ID verification
