Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support and service.
- Address a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist members in navigating benefit inquiries, ID card requests, eligibility verifications, billing concerns, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates to member profiles.
- Document interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance using dual-screen technology.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment or 2+ years in customer service roles.
- Capability to pass the required assessment.
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends.
- Experience in healthcare is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation during training: $21.63/hr
- Post-training compensation: $22.66/hr
- Training period: 12 weeks with a variable schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST.
- Following training, a fixed schedule will be established with potential adjustments based on call volume, with advance notice provided.
- Availability for weekend shifts is essential; shifts may commence as early as 7:00 AM MST and conclude as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday). Two weekdays off will always be provided.
